PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTION AND PRIVACY POLICY STATEMENT

This Personal Information Collection and Privacy Statement (“Statement”) applies to all users of StockViva and any products (the “Product”) by Molecule Financial Limited, its holding companies, subsidiaries, associates or other affiliates (the "Group", "we", "us" or "our").

Please note that this Statement may be amended from time to time without prior notice. You are advised to check for the latest version on a regular basis. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of this Statement, the English version shall prevail.

1. Data Collection

In order for the Group to provide services to our users, it is necessary for our users to provide the Group with personal data. Personal data collected by the Group includes but is not limited to the following:

Name;
Birthday;
Contact address;
Telephone, mobile number and/or fax number;
e-mail address;
Identity reference;
Any payment and transaction record;
Bank account information and account holder name;
Credit card number, name of bank and expiry date;
Education and qualifications;
Occupation and income;
Photo and phone book;
Social media account information; and
Other relevant data, including company information and any license detail.

When you visit any websites or use any Products provided by the Group, the Group collects general information about your visits by means of "Cookies" files and similar methodology. In our membership registration or subscription model, you are not allowed to disable this function. The information collected is only used for analyzing your preference in relation to the membership or subscription services we provide and will not be provided to any third parties but maybe shares within the Group.

If you do not want to receive those direct marketing materials, please send a written un-subscribe request to our customer services department at cs@stockviva.com. Your un-subscribe request will come into effect within 30 business days upon receipt.

6. Access, Correction and Deletion of Personal Account or Data

You have the rights to access whether the Group is holding your personal data and to correct or delete your account or data. You may contact us by sending a written request to our customer services department at cs@stockviva.com.

The final interpretation rights belong to the Group.
